Regional Director of Sales
CX Effect is looking for a regional director of sales to help grow business with mid-sized to large enterprises. The ideal candidate is highly relational, goal-driven, and skilled at breaking through obstacles and indecision.
The regional director is a hybrid role — part enterprise account executive, part channel manager. The regional director nurtures enterprise leads to opportunities, working closely with supplier sales and engineering teams to design and pitch solutions. As a channel manager, the regional director is the lifeline for CX advisors, our sales partners. Every day the regional director supports our advisors’ success by providing education and resources, qualifying new opportunities, and actively assisting throughout the sales process.
As a regional director, you are responsible for building mindshare with top advisors in your region. You will work with them on a regular basis to ensure they are effectively resourced on every deal. Simply put, you are successful when advisors view you as critical to their success.

Responsibilities
- Support and enable a group of CX advisors and their achievement of sales objectives.
- Identify and develop relationships with prospective advisors, achieving targets for advisor onboarding and engagement.
- Team with solutions architects to help advisors discover, design and close deals.
- Collaborate with advisors, solution providers, and CX Effect team to ensure the development and delivery of sales, training, and enablement resources.
- Provide regular connections with advisors to strengthen the relationship and increase their familiarity with the CX Effect portfolio of solutions and services.
- Achieve high levels of engagement and participation from CX advisors.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience selling SaaS solutions. CX experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated success selling complex solutions to medium to large enterprise customers.
- Experience working in the channel with partners and sub-agents.
- Track record of building strong relationships and partnerships.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
