“Alone, we can do so little; together, we can do so much” – Helen Keller
Over the course of my career in contact center and customer experience circles, I’ve observed and clung to a core belief in the power of community.
From what I’ve experienced, when passionate professionals gather together in a community to share ideas, challenges, and lessons, everyone wins.
People realize that they’re not alone. That they have advocates for their cause. That they can help others.
It’s remarkable to see the change that comes out of these communities. I want CX Effect to be that type of community.
A place where people know that they can come for trusted advice; where business friendships are made; and transformational change catalyzed.
A place that’s genuinely helpful and connects customer experience professionals to the resource that’s best for them.
But we can’t create that kind of community of customer experience resources without contributors.
Professionals like yourself that are willing to share their experiences, their ideas, and their challenges.
Customer experience leaders who are willing to help others accomplish far more by coming together than what could be done working apart.
Does this sound like something you want to be a part of?
Well, there are a few ways that you can get involved and I’d love to chat with those of you who are interested!
CX Masterclass: Each week we release a new Masterclass that runs the gamut of customer experience topics. One week we might cover how to create a customer journey map and the next week we’ll discuss ways to reduce employee turnover. The beauty of Masterclass is that you get to connect with and learn from experts, leaders, and advisors across the CX landscape. We’re always on the lookout for people who are interested in sharing their story in CX Masterclass!
CX Simplified: This monthly webinar series explores various customer experience technologies. We’ll talk about common use cases, integrations, and much more. If you’d be willing to talk about your use of CX technology, this is a great fit for you.
CX Insider: Like to write? Or have an idea that you think would make for a great blog or interview? We can feature it on CX Insider, the CX Effect Blog, and other content that we create throughout the year.
We have lots of great things planned for 2021 and beyond and we’d love for you to be a part of the story.
